By creating an account, accessing, or using Amelis (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Amelis provides an AI-powered platform for practicing communication skills through simulated conversations with AI characters. The Service may include chat features, conversation analysis, personalized recommendations, and other related functionality. All AI characters are fictional and do not represent real people.
3. Account and access
To use the Service, you must access it through Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. User content
You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as conversation screenshots for analysis). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not share your content with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Some features of the Service require payment. Prices are displayed before purchase. All payments are processed through the Telegram payment system. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Message and analysis packs are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
6. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, AI models, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by Amelis or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Amelis is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated advice. The AI characters' responses are for entertainment and educational purposes only and should not be considered professional relationship advice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via Telegram.
